·        Twelve years teaching experience

·        Seven years teaching secondary vocational agriculture and advising chapter FFA members

·        Experience supervising vocational agricultural student teachers

·        Posses in-depth knowledge of California agriculture education’s three integral components: Classroom, FFA, and SAEP

·        Three years experience as secondary department chair

·        Active in publishing and presenting scholarly work

·        Potential for securing grant support

·        Track record of excellence as evidenced by awards, scholarships, and grants
